About
My primary experience for over 10 plus years had been working with children, adolescents, young adults, parents and families. I have utilized my experience and background along with my other full time job as a stay at home dad over the past few years. Through my personal and clinical experience, I have seen the need for support of dads of all kinds as a stepping stone of therapy help along the way. On the DADennial podcast, I help guide Dads to be the best version of the parent they want to be in this new millennial world, the DADennial.
Beyond being a dad and clinician, I have written a children’s book that utilizes coping skills called Hal’s Worst Wednesday. I look forward to writing and producing more books for children and for adults, starting with DADennial.
I have many hobbies as they were known, and I have realized and seen how these are more coping skills and ways to manage myself through the ups and downs of daily routine and life as a Dad and Mental Health Counselor. It’s important to always try at least one new hobby or coping skill each year, and I hope that this coping skill for me can also be one for you.
